Shipping and Returns
We currently deliver orders all over India. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed and delivered within 3-6 working days depending on the final destination. You will receive an e-mail and sms once your order has been shipped. The e-mail will include details of the shipping provider and tracking number. You can track your shipment in "Your Orders" or by visiting the website of the shipping provider and entering the tracking details.
We offer free shipping on all pre-paid orders within India. A nominal charge of INR 75 will be levied when choosing cash on delivery (COD) as mode of payment.
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. You can also modify your shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped from our facility. For any cancellations or changes to the shipping address once the order has been dispatched from our facility, please contact customer care.
COD orders require you to first make payment to the full amount to the courier partner prior to opening the parcel. The shipping provider delivering your order cannot process an exchange or accept returns. All returns need to be routed through customer care.
Exchange & Return Policy:
We hope you love your Bella Casa merchandise! That said, in the instance that you are not satisfied, please contact customer care within 48 hours of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
You can request for a reverse pickup for a nominal amount via customer care or choose to ship the product to our facility directly using any reputable courier that offers a tracking number. All items must be received by our warehouse within 10 working days of requesting the return.

For all standard returns, we offer a store credit that is redeemable against any future purchase on our website. For damaged products, we will either replace the product or in case of product unavailability offer you a full refund via your initial method of payment. For COD payments, the refund will only be issued in the form of a store credit redeemable on our website. Shipping charges and gift services are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the product at our facility (does not include the time your bank's processing time).
